Yesterday when I asked an attendant to return some nyger seed to the supplier he couldn't accept that the seed was not fresh---he claimed that the birds were to blame for refusing to eat it.I did not ask for a refund or exchange and it was obvious none was going to be offered.Today I purchased new seed from a local seed store and the birds are happily devouring it from the same feeder and in the same location.
